The platform can be used by both the patients and their attending physicians.

Are you a patient or a patient’s relative?

After obtaining your login credentials, you can fill in your chart thanks to INTERMEDH to tell us what you need before booking your stay, so that we can give you our best welcome.

One of our case managers shall assess your needs to allow the reception desk to send you a suitable therapy and stay proposal and cost estimate.

Are you an health care professional?

The platform allows you to send us information on your patient’s needs, so that the Medical Hotel can provide continuity of care in compliance with the privacy regulations and your instructions.

Healthcare professionals who registered on the portal can know the therapy programs offered by our structure, feed us information prior to the arrival of their patients on site and access their treatment diary, updated in real time.
